I'm so glad I went to practice Taekwondo at OMAC --it changed my life.

I first joined the school in 2001 and had an amazing experience here for over 10 years before I moved away from New Westminster. I wish there was a school of this calibre available all over the country. I would absolutely recommend this for both children to build positive lifelong character traits and for adults to work on fitness.

I joined as a kid who had very little self confidence, overtime the instructors taught me how to believe in myself, lose weight and get a fighters mentality. I am now aspiring to be a police officer and still recall lessons I learned in class. I enrolled my son six months ago and have seen an incredible change in his attitude and self confidence. Master Young and instructor Ryan are amazing with not only how to help a child reach his potential, but how to be a better person through thoughtful training and direction. Self defense training is important for any child to be a better, happier, more confident person, and this is an amazing place to give a child all the tools to succeed. I have an extensive martial arts background and have never personally had the privilege to train in such a well rounded and successful martial arts school. This is a great place to have your child trained and guided to be the best they can be. The school is full of happy and confident children and adults that have benefited from the best instruction.
